  After a recent heart attack and angioplasty procedure I contacted FF as I wasn't sure what impact this would all have on my existing insurance cover and premiums.
  
  Almost immediately Christine Ward (Claims Manager) advised me that under my existing trauma cover I was probably eligible to receive a full or partial pay out.
  
  Despite my jaundiced view of insurance companies I followed her concise instructions, filled in the relevant claim forms and forwarded on the documents to Christine,
  never expecting to hear anything from the insurance company concerned.
  Not only did Christine give me regular updates as to the progress of the claim but she showed a genuine interest in my well-being, all of which culminated in me receiving
  a full trauma pay-out, barely four weeks after submitting the initial claim.
